Refund Policy — KitByo

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments (merchant of record).

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime in your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• 14-day guarantee: if the Service materially failed to work as described, email support@kitbyo.example (placeholder until brand domain is live) within 14 days of the charge for a full refund — no interrogation.

One-time purchases

Same 14-day window, unless the purchase is an immediately consumable digital good that was delivered and substantially consumed (stated on the product page where applicable).

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments; banks typically take 5–10 business days to post them. Statutory rights are not affected.

Abuse

We may decline refunds from accounts showing a pattern of refund abuse.
